Desembre acolorit a la Universitat - Colourful december at the University

Aquesta setmana vaig aprofitar encara del bon temps que fa a Tokyo per tirar quatre a fotos a la Universitat de Tokyo (Hongo campus). Aquí és on passo gran part del meu temps ja que és on hi tenim la oficina principal, el campus és molt maco similar a una tradicional universitat anglesa, de fet el rectorat sembla ben bé  tret de la peli de Harry Potter, ara dit això la Universitat no té res a veure l'imatge exterior amb l'interior...sembla mentida que aquesta sigui la primer universitat del Japó, hi ha falcutats que estan en un estat deplorable...però en fi tampoc us volia parlar d'això. El campus és caracteritza per estar farçit d'arbres gingko (el símbol de la universitat són dues fulles ginko), que a la tardor es transformen un espectacle de colors -per cert aprofito per afegir que els gingkos també tenen un fruit que quan madura fot una mala olor que espanta, ara després estan prou bons per menjar-.

Total que la setmana passada aprofitant el bon temps que fa per aquí, els colors de tardor que encara són ben presents i l'entorn que ofereix el campus, vaig fer unes quantes fotos que us poden donar una idea del que és....


This week I took the advantage of the good weather we have in Tokyo to take some pics at Tokyo University (Hongo Campus). Here is where I spent most of my time since it is where we have our main office. The campus is very cute and seems like a traditional english University, actually the rectory building looks like they took it from a Harry Potter movie, however once said this, I must say as well that there is nothing to do between the outside and inside where most of the faculties would need a "re-shape". Anyhow, the main characteristic of the campus is its Ginko trees (the symbol of the university are two ginko leaves), that in Autumn they turn in a real show of colours -btw the ginko fruits become very smelly when ripe but they taste very good-.
At the end then, good weather, colourful trees and test classic architectural environment to take some nice pics...
