Qui deia que el tofu era soso? - Who said tofu was tasteless?

Avui he anat a dinar a un restaurant de tofu al barri de Nezu!! doncs sí, tot el menú està fet a base de tofu i altres derivats de soja, tot una experiència!! Amb la d'avui ha estat la tercera vegada que hi he anat i com més va més m'agrada, és un petit restaurant que de fet fabriquen el tofu allà mateix i tenen una botiga per vendre'n...i us asseguro que està boníssim, mai hauria dit que es podia fer una menú tan deliciós amb tofu, comparat amb el que comprem a Europa això és un luxe...i el millor un gelat a base de llet de soja de postres...increíble, una textura, un sabor...mmm....deliciós!!!


Today I had lunch in a tofu restaurant in Nezu!! all items in the menu are made with tofu and other soy derivatives, such an experience! It's been my third time in this restaurant and the more I go, the most I like it, it's a small restaurant where they make their tofu in the same place and they even have a shop to sell their products...and I assure you they are delicious, I would have never said you could eat such a good menu made with tofu, compared with what we buy in Europe this is a real luxury....and the best, an ice-cream made with soy milk as a dessert...amazing, the texture, the flavour....mmm...yummy!!
